I had a really great experience with MMI. The entire debt management process was smooth, easy, and much faster than I expected. Everything was handled through email, and the communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. They answered all of my questions quickly and made the whole process stress-free. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend MMI to anyone looking for debt management help.

I've entered the agreement with MMI as of July 2025 for 5 years plan. Then as of December 2025, my account was stopped getting service. When I called to check, I was informed that my account was suspended for no reasons. I never wrote to request for account cancellation nor asking for any adjustments. When I first signed on, it was more of a sale pitch, trying to get my service, then when I signed in, I was dropped like nothing mattered. Then, no one at MMI could explain to me why and how my account got suspended. And finally, someone said the reason was due to non-payment, which was completely nonsense, since it was the same account that MMI withdrew the funds from, without any issues for months. Now, I am left scrambling with my debts that should have been taken care of. I was ''advised'' to re-open the account, by starting from scratch. That was a lot of work to put in, and I couldn't trust anyone at MMI could really solve my issues. I came to MMI seeking for assistance, not for suspension without a really valid reason.

MMI has been my saving grace. They are never judgemental and always kind and knowledgeable. You will not regret working with them.
When I started I was drowning in debt. 44000 of it. MMI created a budget which was still tight but manageable. My interest rates were significantly dropped. I think my highest was 12%. It took a while but I finally paid it all off. What a relief. My credit never really took a hit. My only advice is to make sure you change your payment due date far enough out to allow time for MMI to collect their payment and distribute it.

Legitimate and incredibly helpful organization! I was badly in need of a way out of credit card debt (it literally kept me awake at night with worry), and Money Management International worked with me and my creditors to come up with monthly payments we could all live with. I’d been skeptical of companies claiming to rid you of your debt and expected this to be a scam or at the very least, expensive. But the single monthly payment was incredibly manageable, and it allowed me to pay off my balances about two years early! I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to ease their worries about credit card debt. Their help was life-changing!

If I could zero stars I would they managed our account since last year, and over 5k from our account and only paid out $1000 a year later, in the time a judgement was place against me from AMEX every time I tried to call it was nothing but the runaround, WALK AWAY HANDLE YOUR OWN DEBT THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF
It was suggested by my bank advisor , when I was having hard time to pay off my credit cards , and it was so easy to sign up . My MM advisor helped me a lot and explained the process and worked with me . It took me some time but I am debt free thanks to them . I highly recommend their services .
Helpful from the first phone call to final payment. I'd built a huge debt trying to save my three businesses through Covid. I finally sold or closed them but, being self employed with a disability, I had no options for employment. Moved overseas with husband's job and MMI kept me informed and educated on every step, right through the final payment. The contract was clear and all my questions were answered promptly. I'm debt free and my credit is building again. I highly recommend MMI.
I really really appreciate the help from MMI. They are not like other debt relief company. They helped me negotiate with card issuers first and figure out a rate. The rate is super low and they provided all the service and I totally trust them. With continuous payment, right now I'm totally out of those debt. Thank you!
MMI was able to cut the interest i was paying on my creditors in half and provide me with an opportunity to make one payment a month to all my creditors, I just got out of a 7k debt thanks to MMI. The relationship MMI has with different creditors where they are able to advocate for you and your situation to decrease the interest on your cards and get you out of debt faster. If you want to get out debt fast, gather everything you owe and send it to MMI, they will get you out of debt fast.
This program worked fantastic for me. They set up a four year plan that flowed so smoothly. People I talked to were always helpful, friendly and efficient. So very impressed and thankful for the program.
