Not happy

First off, this isn't not in Montana. The products come from Portugal. I didn't know that. Very misleading. It took a month for my order to arrive. I ordered 4 shirts and each werw $34.99. When my order arrived, 3 shirts werw correct but the 4th wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. I emailed them telling them what they sent and what I actually ordered and was charged for. I had to submit a picture of the wrong shirt, the waybill and the shipping label. Thank gosh my trash service hadnt picked up yet because I had to go dig the shipping bag out of the trash. Ridiculous! I am still waiting for a response to the photos I sent. They better refund my money or send me the right shirt but coming feom Portugal, it could be another month. VERY MISLEADING making you think you are buying from Montana which is where I live.

Do not buy from these people. I placed an order 12/16/2025, its 1/8/2026. Still hasnt shipped. Five emails, 2 attempts at chat cuatomer service, and 2 hours on hold, no person has ever responded or picked up.

Ordered a purse/wallet combo at the beginning of January and got my confirmation email that said they would update with shipping information. Never received another email. 4 days before Christmas I checked my order and the status said I still owed $4 for some reason so I went ahead and paid it out of frustration. The purse arrived 5 days after Christmas with no wallet or gift wrap that I paid for. I called their customer service and waited on hold for over an hour until the customer service agent answered and told me my order got split somehow and I could get a refund or wait for it to ship. I asked for a refund for the gift wrap and to go ahead and send the wallet and she said ok. Two hours later they emailed me saying that the wallet was out of stock and I would have to pick a different one. Do not use this company they have poor communication and questionable business practices.

Items don’t ship. No support

Placed an order 12/11/25 with the website clearly indicating I would receive within 10 days. Here I sit 3 weeks later, no order, no refund, and tracking still shows in as the USPS waiting for the item. Multiple contacts with customer service to only get the same answer of “we’re checking with our shipping team”. No real information.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I think that this place is likely a scam operation that skims from a set percentage of customers. We are seeing this more and more. There is a minimum number of customers you can steal from before your get too many negative reviews. I placed an order of December 8th and it is the 24th and I do not have my items. Emails have gone unanswered and holds times have been in the hours. Not a beep from this business! AVOID!!

Awful

Awful. The purse I bought started falling apart on all the leather, it came off in small pieces and now it's so bad I fear that the whole purse will fall apart once the leather is gone. Just started using the purse 7 days ago and it's a complete loss. I wish I could send a picture

Scam website, do not order

They never shipped my item, refused to refund or communicate. It's been three weeks with literally zero updates and no one is willing to communicate with me. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

When I first called up, I was on hold for two hours with a very rude individual. I believe she was oriental from her language and by no means am I prejudice however she was very rude and nasty talked over me would not give me the time of day and only to tell me you’re gonna get what I sent and hang up on me However, I called back got a very nice lady on the phone named Melody. She was awesome. She was very understanding. She listened to my complaint what I had to say because actually it was very simple. She never interrupted. She took the time to look at everything and my orders And she’s trying to rectify it. She’s very intelligent. I wish they had more people like that working there that can handle a situation like that. I come from a family that has company owned businesses and to us customer service is number one. It is the most important no matter if our customer is upset or there’s a problem guess what we fix it. We rectify it because business that is revenue is very important to us and we love our customers that’s how Customer should be treated And Melody is a good example of how she handled it with dignity very very understanding very smart. I would love dealing with people like that every day.
