I placed an order for the set of Mood Totes. I received 1 tote in the mail. I reached out to customer service and explained what had happened. They asked for a picture of what I received in order to correct the order. within 10 days my order was fixed and they had me keep the original tote that was sent in error. This was handled very quickly and precisely. Thank you Jenny D., and Montana West.

I purchased a Men's Retro Textured Square Check Double Collar Warm Multi-pocket Outdoor for $64.99. They advertise free shipping for orders of $59.00 and offer a 10% discount if a first time customer. My Paypal account was charged $84.88!!! due to shipping charges and inflated tax! Wrote to them immediately and no response.

I took a leap of faith and ordered a multi-item mystery box. The bags I received were SO CUTE! What a fun thing to purchase for such amazing prices. It was a nice way to literally surprise myself without feeling guilty for spending a ton.

Excellent merchandise, shipment is great as well, except for this last time, it was a little delayed, I called Montana West , Friday and I placed my order on Monday. I was told that the order was not done yet and this was Friday, Saturday I received the order I was misinformed. This is the first time that , that happened. Other than that, everything has been excellent

Products advertised are not what you receive. My purchase was a distressed fabric and leather panel garment. What I received was a printed depiction of distressing and leather patches. Cheap and untrue company that then offers a portion of the purchase price back but not a refund.
