Never received my purchase
Never received my purchase. Tracking number shows item was never shipped, confirmed with shipping carrier that they never received a package with tracking number provided. Moon Nude refuses to offer any reasonable solution, will not refund, will not reship. And in fact continues to lie saying that they can see it is in transit—but the carrier cannot. I realize mistakes happen, but the utter refusal to rectify their issue is completely unacceptable! Be warned—if something goes wrong they do not care once they have your money!

I love that the bag looks exactly like…
I love that the bag looks exactly like it did online and shipping was very fast. It’s also a lot bigger than I thought it was which is great and looks very aesthetic.
An absolutely beautiful selection of products packaged very securely for transit arrived very quickly. The collection is stunning and I definitely be recommending and repaying this again.
Love everything about this duffle! So cute- matches all my other bags- and it’s very roomy. The delivery process is very efficient and ordering is very easy. Highly recommend.
