Love the backpack
When the backpack wasn’t delivered on the original date the company emailed me to let me know they were checking into things and said if it didn’t arrive soon they would reach out about replacement. Replacement wasn’t needed as the backpack was delivered a few days later. My daughter LOVES it and there’s a lot more space than we were expecting.

Cute bags that work well for my hair products. I have a waver and a large hairdryer with round brush. I had to purchase two bags to accommodate both pieces but I can add smaller items in with each. Delivery was quick and informed all along the way. Very satisfied with my purchase!
