Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It’s truly the best thing a customer can do to help an online business, and I'm really glad you enjoyed the extras! Interestingly enough, under certain circumstances, it actually costs me a little less to ship more weight—so I like to turn that into a win-win for both of us. While I always try to include extras, whenever it’s cheaper to send a heavier package, I’ll happily toss in anything within reach! So far, everyone has welcomed it with open arms, but I’m sure there will be that one customer someday who gets all worked up over getting too much free stuff, right? Haven't hit that yet, but if it happens, I'll send them a follow-up box full of free hugs and a sign that says "KEEP OFF MY YARD!" Surly they would love that gift. That makes total sense. Yeah, opening up a dental/mouth product from inventory is a bad call anyway since it ruins the item.
