My husband and I were referred to David Clemens by our Realtor Lacey Pennypacker since they work together often. Lacey spoke very highly of him saying that he was a great guy, he is super quick and he knows his stuff - and she was right! David was great. He was quick to send us estimates so that we could know how much our monthly payments would be if we decided to put an offer down on the houses we were looking at. When we finally found a house, he was quick to help us get through all the paperwork without any hiccups. One of the key things that I look at when working with someone is that they are very responsive and are able to answer questions in a timely manor and David is probably one of the quickest professionals that I have ever worked with. He also follows up with his clients, which adds a personal touch and I really appreciate that. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home and needs a mortgage! I looked at about 10 houses through my buying process and every time there was a house I was interested in, I would send him the address.
