I’d pick “0” star rating if I could. Ordered 9 pair of men’s qtr socks. I eventually received 3 pair of youth anklet socks that were not the correct brand & style advertised on their website. I emailed them pictures of their website ad & the wrong socks I received & requested a full refund. They emailed back & said “send us a picture of the product you received”. Really??. They finally responded with “we make mistake at warehouse, we only send you 3 sock, we send you the rest”. To which I said “no” I don’t want more wrong socks, just a full refund. After multiple back & forth emails & me insisting on a refund they respond with. “You have to pay to ship the sock back…we have no shipping return labels, when we get back we give you refund less our shipping costs”. Really?? If I would have done my research, I’d have seen that this China based company is nothing short of a scam. Lesson learned.
Ordered product five weeks ago. I wrote an email to cancel the order half way through, only to be told it's already left so can't refunded, Received email today stating that the delivery is being processed again but I don't have much faith. Do not buy from this company, seriously don't.

I had no idea this was a Chinese knock off of another brand. I thought the designs were pretty cool and out there. Ive bought a few kits from them and then I got one brand new with broken stitches. I tried to contact them to send it back. They wrote me things back like
"We do not sell blankets. Did you contact the wrong Store?"
Needless to say their Customer Service department is the worst Ive ever experienced .

Shipping takes a while so order in good time.
They are not the original brand, you don’t get what you want if you get at all what you want. Endless email contact but that doesn’t help.DONT BUY HERE!
They are scammers and cheaters. They let you belive they are a famous brand than you will start to realize when they ship that parcel is originated from China. I spent more than $ 260 two weeks ago and goods R still in China. Be aware IT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL BRAND LOVE THE PAIN!!!
This is just knock off kit. It's fine for what it is, but it is not the kit shown in the photos which are ripped off from love the pain.

This is a cheap fake from China that fooled me into believing I am buying Love the Pain original Tri suit. It popped up on my Facebook. The photos and product names, as well as labelling “love the pain” are the same as in the original. Bought a Waldo suit but received one with the same colours but different design not suitable for purpose. After asking to send me the product that I actually ordered and saw in their website, they offered that I buy a new one. Return is at your cost and more expensive than the rubbish quality product received. Basically, you are stuffed as they send you a random stuff and refuse to send the correct product or refund. Escalated a case with PayPal after multiple emails to them. Wish used a credit card directly for easier claim. Avoid!!
Ordered 3 cool old boy suits which arrived 4 weeks after ordering from China. Great discount comparing to the regular price. But, its not the original stuff from "Love the Pain" you will receive, I guess. Not the same quality. Seems to me that this is a chinese replica from the original stuff. But for the money the suits are o.k. They look like the originals great. Maybe they will not become very old because of the medium quality, but with the price of 150 bucks for 3 suits I will ride them as long as they look good.
I can't stand this site without a single review, because it's a reputable cycling jersey site, I always hear people say love the pain doesn't ship and so on, but I really like these styles so much I tried to buy them, and overall I'm very satisfied, because there is one The clothes didn't fit well, they even mailed the new size directly to me, and the clothes I had in hand didn't have to be sent back
