I placed an order and was going to pickup, but then changed it to ship out, I sent numerous emails to have the items shipped out or to advised of the status and no response until weeks later.

I order some two small cuts of German lifting chain. I received a call saying they were out of stock of it and offered me some domestic chain of a higher value for the same price. Now that’s what I call customer service. Thank you so much

Didn't cut the chain I ordered even though I put it in webform to do so and then called again to confirm because it's wasnt printed on invoice.

Shipment/delivery was timely. Products were packaged well, arrived intact and undamaged. The swivel was not exactly a posted photos (minor disappointment) but still functional and acceptable. Satisfied and will use again.
