Try cancelling your subscription if you sign up - they ask impossible to answer questions so you can't cancel under their "terms", just don't join and you will save yourself a lot of grief and money!

Thieves! Don't believe the Thai Chi ads. They steal your money! They charge your bank multiple times. They didn't charge me €18 and tried to charge me another €72. The bank froze my account. I still can't get their services. I can't log in.

BEWARE !!!This website is a scam. I paid a subscription and they took an additional amount. I cancelled the subscription because I didn't feel comfortable. I received a call from my bank that this company had requested two more payments which had been declined. My bank has now blocked this company and cancelled my card. DO NOT USE

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! If there was LESS than one star, I would use it! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for two months and they are failing to do so! I have sent emails to their so called support team and they came back asking me a whole lot of questions. I attached their receipt so that to speed up the process of cancellation, which included all my account info and THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME EVEN MORE!!! I dont know if it is some kind of scum but I am taking legal action since I have already paid them more than 100 euros. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this app!

Yep, it’s a scam. Offers a 7 day cancellation and then doesn’t honor it. App is crap. Buyer beware.
Simple and flexible
I go to gym sometimes but mostly do home stuff. Switching is easy. dont have to start over or anything. feels simple which is good.

Unauthorised Charges, Ignored Cancellation, Very Poor Support
I requested cancellation 3 times and clearly declined all alternative offers, yet MuscleMonster continued to charge my card anyway. In January alone I was charged multiple amounts (£59.62, £29.81, £14.90) plus extra international transaction fees. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I had to cancel my bank card to stop further payments. Support keeps asking for the same information again instead of resolving the issue. I have now escalated this to Apple, my bank, and prepared complaints for Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. I would never ever recommend this app. People please be aware..
These guys are a total rip off
These guys are a total rip off. I thought I was ordering a chair program for older folks. I was charged for a walking program and an upgrade, I didn't order, with a subscription I didn't order for wqay more than I thought. When I looked at the program they sent I couldn't even use it at all! So I contacted them within minutes of the order confirmation. No solution, no refund, no help DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
It’s a complete hoax
My wife ordered Tai Chi course trial via Instagram for a price of 9,99$. It immediately created three payments of 9,99$, 12,99$ and 34,99$ - all monthly renewing subscriptions. App did offer manage subscriptions page, which showed 2 out of 3 subscriptions but no way to end them. Contact form directed to yet another shady website. The course itself did not work, video “downloaded” to 99%, but never started. Avoid at all cost and shame on Instagram for allowing these kind of hoaxes to rip people of in their platform.

Well i am having the same issues as every one else charging me money which i cant seem to cancel or get my money back, it was cancelled and they still have taken more money out , today, and i will have to cancel my bank acc so they cant do it any more DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE US AND ITS THE USA THAT RUNS IT FED UP DAWN

problematic subscription practice
Poor value for money and problematic subscription practices. Cancellation was done on time, yet an auto-renewal charge still occurred. Support did not properly address this and instead proposed alternative “offers.” Transparency and user trust are lacking. I cannot recommend this app.

It is a scam!! do not buy!! I paied one month try for 4,99€ and they charged me 30€ + 40 € for extension... i paied with PayPal and no possibility to be refund!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I subscribed to a Tia Chi Workout via Instagram paying via PayPal and 'SkyPeak Limited' trading as 'Muscle Monster' added 2 more additional charges 1). for an additional subscription that I did not want and had not ordered and 2). a membership which again I did not want or subscribe too. In addition ALL 3 subscriptions came with auto-renewal so if I had not have spotted it they would have charged me every month until I cancelled. I immediately requested a refund but they refused. This company should be avoided at all cost....

They’re Fraud
This is day light fraud taking place I accidentally clicked this app and told them next when I realised that I had mistakenly done it. I requested that I haven’t used the service to refund my money they are refusing to give me back my monies I am elderly and it is not fair on me. People beware of them. They totally fraud.

t's deplorable to see how companies like Musclemonster take advantage of the public. This is the second time you've charged me for a subscription, even though I requested its cancellation in advance, and now you refuse to refund my money. This is clearly fraud, and I will report it to the government and the public so that you can't continue to exploit people.

Update: After my negative review, they offered to refund the amount. That was weeks ago, and every time they keep stringing me along, saying the refund has been initiated or that they are waiting on PayPal, but it’s pure fraud. I have never experienced anything like this. It’s clear they are never going to pay. Extremely frustrating and dishonest — please stay away from this company! First review: Terrible. I wanted to try a one-month subscription, but suddenly nearly 120 dollars were charged to my PayPal for an extra one-year subscription. Within 10 minutes, I contacted their customer service to inform them that I had not selected this subscription. Someone named Angel replied with a standard message claiming that I had, but the attached screenshots clearly show that’s not true. I definitely did NOT choose this subscription, and the fact that you can’t cancel it—even within such a short time—is ridiculous and completely against all consumer protection laws. All my emails received the same standard response saying they “understand” but can’t issue a refund. Outrageous and so frustrating. Do not do business with this company!!!

Was interested in one trial course and they then took money for 3other courses I did not sign up for

AVOID THIS FOR YOUR OWN SAKE
everyone, please do yourself a favor and ABSOLUTELY AVOID even trying this. As soon as you confirm, thinking you are simply having a trial plan for a few bucks you find yourself with an AUTO RENEWING PLAN you have probably not requested (i just asked for one thing, found with TWO PLANS at very high price). Additionally i have requested these guys 5 times to provide me instructions on how to unsubscrive and have a refund since i have not even opened or installed their app and they are apparenrly intentionally delaying whatever conversation in the clear attempt to let another month pass and get another monthly payment. Make yourself a favour and avoid being in this same hell.
