I've purchased several items from Music Store Live, going back probably 8-10 years. They do exactly what they claim--its like bringing the store to your home. I've bought five basses, returned two, and returned one amp head. No hassle or cost for the returns at all. The setup on the instruments have all been perfect (unlike one big-box instrument store we all know!). And very fair prices! The sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, and work with you to pick out the specific instrument. Not an assembly line operation at all. Highly recommend MSL!

Don’t waste your time
After more than a week of back-and-forth trying to order a set of pickups—a process I’ve successfully done twice with them before—the experience has been a mess. The person handling my order misquoted the price, and after setting up payment through Affirm, I was suddenly told my order would cost $160 more. If you’re considering buying BKPs, I’d recommend avoiding MSL and looking elsewhere.

Great Service - Dean Thoroughbred Select Floyd Rose
I worked with Eduardo on the purchase and he was very professional and accommodating. The guitar arrived in great playing condition with the exception of a minor issue with the Floyd Rose, which was there from the factory. He was able to issue me a partial refund so I could take care of the issue on my own, since I didn’t want to go through the hassle of shipping it back. Everything worked out well and now I have a perfect guitar.
