Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Amanda wheelchair in Makkah I donated paid £49 for my late mother sadaqa jariya they all good until money gone I haven’t received no update not even a reply to my emails I donated a Quran too at Makka . I’m disgusted at them may Allah deal with them Ameen SCAMMERS !!!!!!
I donated for a water pump in my father's name last ramadan. It has been 10 months, so I emailed to ask if there is any update. Suddenly two days later there is confirmation it has been completed and a certificate attached which says it is in my name and not my father's! The image also looks fake, with the plaque on the water pump which has been computer generated and confirmed by Google AI Verified. It is disgusting that thay have taken money in Allah's name and it was meant to be sadaqah jariyah for my beloved father, but these people have just stolen the money.
I will not recommend anyone to go with Alkhair. They are scammers. they are good when they take money but once you paid them money then you need patience and wait for reply. They took money from me for my parents and mine umrah but my parents did not get visa and still waiting for refund. Refund not done yet. They gave us assurance that visa will be done on time and i told them check first as it Hajj time and they said don't worry it will be done on time. till last day we waited and my parents travelled 8 hrs to reach islamabad incase if they got visa and will not have time to reach on time but next day they said visa not done and cancelled all trip. since that time waiting and chasing for my refund. keep saying today tomorrow. now i will tale them to court and will do my best what i can do to get my hard earn money. I have all proof if anyone wants i can share. I will not recommend anyone to go with them. I never gave review to anyone but here i am in pain thts wht gave 1 star if had choice would give 0 star
Fabulous mashallah good work and pump in your name very good blessing .
Good reliable organisation. They are strengthening our umma and bringing us together. Deliver pruducts as promised. May Allah accept your work in sha Allah.
WATCH OUT THIS WHOLE COMPAGNY IS A SCAM!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DONATE THERE !!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING WITH GOD’S NAME!!! THEIR CERTIFICATES OF THEIR WELLS AND ALL THE REST ARE STAGED!!! I find it very sad to scam people and use God’s name. To scam people is already very sad, BUT to SCAM with the name of GOD is just EXTREMELY INSANE AND DISGUSTING!! This foundation is a whole scam! My intention is pure so I know God will reward me for that, but I would have still wish that the poor people there in Pakistan could have benefit from the water well! So I paid for a water well and after payment, it was mentioned it’s gonna be ready after 9-12months. To my surprise it was ready within 2Months, which is weird because it requires time to prepare a water well… But anyway okey it was ready after 2 months and when I checked the picture from close up it’s like the well has already been build from long time and is very old since even the Blue paint was already fading, how is that possible it has been newly build and the blue paint is already gone? Then the humans there around the water well look Soooo Staged! I have seen these people somewhere on an advertisement of charity before already! So I requested other pictures from close up to the water well and without the people so it’s also in a way giving me more trust for the next donations I want to do, but they refused to send me any pictures from close up and only the water well they said No we can’t do that LOL! The pictures they send me were again with these same people same why not different people then? From the whole village only these 2 women exist?!! Those pictures are soooo staged !!! I feel that maybe the well might be there but they just change the cart where the name is written !!! If it was not a scam then they would have reply my emails already and send me those pictures!!! AGAIN DISGUSTING TO SCAM WITH GOD’S NAME!!!!
Wonderful service. Can't complain about a thing.
I donated for 2 Water hand pumps with Muslim Charity, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Despite the process taking eight months, the wait was absolutely worth it. Muslim Charity kept me informed throughout the process. They provided updates when requested, and once the hand pumps were installed, they sent me pictures and a certificate detailing the address and the people benefiting from the pumps. This thoughtful gesture made the experience even more rewarding, knowing exactly how and where my contribution is making a difference. The quality of the work and the dedication of Muslim Charity are truly commendable. The positive impact on the community using the pump is evident, and I am deeply grateful for Muslim Charity and the work they carry out. The opportunity to support such a meaningful cause through a reliable and transparent organization. I highly recommend Muslim Charity to anyone looking to make a significant and lasting impact. Their commitment to their projects and their donors is exceptional, and I look forward to supporting more initiatives with them in the future.
Donated to my make a pump for my late uncle and they built it within 5 months to those who needed it
An absolute great service all round. I ordered a hand pump as a gift for my husband in January 2024, initially it said it can take up to 9 months so I didn't expect this to be build so soon however, I was delighted to get an email confirming the build aswell as a photo of the pump with 1 of the families using it in the village with my husbands name showing on it. This made mine and my husbands day, some companies don't share photos or the name etc once built so you can't actually see it whereas this made a huge difference and was great to see. Not only do they attach the certificate via email but offer to send a printed copy by post. Excellent service!!!
The world needs organisations like Muslim Charity, they took on the responsibility of fulfilling my dream of building a masjid and a madrasa on behalf of my elderly mother and delivered it, I was updated on different stages of development by their project manager Zagham who was available for any questions I had, he video called me from Uganda during construction and delivered his promise! I am forever grateful and may Allah reward him and Muslim Charity.
I donated a hand pump in January and it was built by April! The communication was great and made sure to answer any questions I had. Once the hand pump was completed, they sent me a picture and Alhamduilillah it looked great! I will definitely use this charity more.
