Excellent service!
An absolute great service all round. I ordered a hand pump as a gift for my husband in January 2024, initially it said it can take up to 9 months so I didn't expect this to be build so soon however, I was delighted to get an email confirming the build aswell as a photo of the pump with 1 of the families using it in the village with my husbands name showing on it. This made mine and my husbands day, some companies don't share photos or the name etc once built so you can't actually see it whereas this made a huge difference and was great to see. Not only do they attach the certificate via email but offer to send a printed copy by post. Excellent service!!!
