Ordered item through eBay. Needed to return item. Returned in original box, unopened, via UPS. Vendor will not give refund. Fail to understand what the problem is, as vendor has been vague in its responses to me. Am not recommending this vendor.

Fedex has not updated the tracking to…
Fedex has not updated the tracking to "Out For Delivery". You have required a signature. I can understand this *BUT* if I expect delivery *ON TIME*. This keeps me trapped at home not knowing if they're going to make the delivery. My time is money and failures to deliver as promised are missed opportunities for me. *update 7/7/25* I just got an email from FedEx saying my package won't deliver for another day, wasting more of my time trapped at home. It makes it even harder to recommend Musysic.

The bass is hits and the other notes…
The bass is hits and the other notes are bright and loud. Great sound overall. It’s well built. A little heat hasn’t hurt it yet. I use mine as a car stereo, but i leave a window open when I park and park in the shade. A better eq would help. I also would like to be able to customize the lights.

Spoke to a salesperson, explained what I wanted and what I was doing, he helped get me to the right equipment and getting everything to me. I am currently waiting on the next package which is suppose to be delivered tomorrow the 16th of June.

I got a defaulty amplifier that…
I got a defaulty amplifier that wouldn't turn on so they gave me free return labels and I gave it to FedEx and they inspected the 2000rms watt amplifier but didn't find nothing wrong with the amplifier sent me the amplifier back and it still didn't turn on. I called them up and nicely discussed why this amplifier is not turning on and found out my house voltage is not powerfull enough to get the 2000rms watt amp to turn on. Then then gave me return labels and I sent it back and they told me there going to give me a full refund so I'm very happy. I give this company 5 start just wish the amplifier worked in my room.
