When I received my lights there was 2…
When I received my lights there was 2 missing . They sent me a returned label but i had to go to New York for a showcase without the lights worse experience. And the label expired before I had a chance to use them.

We take full responsibility for the 2 lights that were missing, and we actually did ship those replacements right away. As for the return label, returns are open for 30 days. You requested this on June 18th last month and your return is still open. We've done everything on our part to make this right, if you're still having trouble with the return label you can give us a call and we'll be more than happy to assist you if there is any trouble. Overall, we sent you 2 replacements lights to cover the missing ones and opened your return immediately upon request.

I ordered wrong thing, they accepted return no issues
I ordered a light set, received it timely. I got what I ordered but I didn't really order the correct thing. I requested a return, they sent me a return label, I shipped it back and had a refund in a couple of days. They are an honest and very good company to buy from. I would order again but just make sure I select the correct item next time.

I called to ask for a refund and the representative who assisted me was very kind and professional. He did not make me feel uncomfortable or as though I should not have been asking for a refund. Instead, he listened, understood my concerns, and promptly provided me with the information needed to return the merchandise. I truly appreciated the respectful and helpful customer service.

After about a week of using the amp quit working turned it off one day and it would not turn back on junk I would not spend my money again buying but they say you pay for what you get and I got about a week's worth of of use

Works perfectly well, clear and intelligible sound. I use it for simultaneous translations in court hearings, where I have to whisper into the microphone so as not to interrupt the hearings.

I bought a 'refurbished' system, it arrived in a box barely together, looked like it fell off a truck. Seems to work fine though.

M-Port PA2K 2000W Portable PA System…
M-Port PA2K 2000W Portable PA System 5-CH Mixer, 10" Speakers 2 UHF Mics The system came as advertised, nicely boxed and protected. Shipping was fast and accurate. When I unboxed and set up the system, I quickly noticed an issue with one of the speakers. Bad distortion signaled a busted speaker. I contacted customer service, who immediately sent me a return label. I returned the speaker and another was quickly shipped. I received it and set up the system, and it works great. The only other issue is, apparently, my acoustic guitar sends a very strong signal that clips the channel, even when at low volume. Still working out this bug, but otherwise, a very solid system for the money.
