Not one pair of glasses are usable
Not one pair of glasses are usable. Prescription is totally wrong. I need a refund. My daughter ordered and hers are fine. Maybe my Prescription is more complicated than you can make.

Bad customer service
I had got 2 pairs of glasses from them and one of the pairs the glass fell out so I emailed them to find out where I can get them repaired, I got an email saying that they would send a replacement. Wow very good. But then they used Evri and my package was delivered on the street not in a safe place hence someone picked it up and took it. So because the tracking said its delivered they will not replace the lost item even thou I had sent them an email from Evri saying that there driver was at fault. So I'm stuck with a broken pair of glasses. Ill not be getting anything from this company again.

We are very sorry, we have remade the package for free and sent delivery photos. You said the package was lost, so we have a question. You live in an unsafe neighborhood, and if the remade package is stolen by "some one" again, what should we do next??
Ordered two pair of glasses - one is not right
Ordered two pair of glasses, same prescription. One pair seems off, as if my eyes cannot adjust clearly. Probably need to have them remade. Also, the same pair has transitional lenses but the tint is way to light. Barely noticible.
