The frames were great and the service was good but this prescription doesn't work for me. I'll go back to my Ophthalmologist and get him to check my prescription and probably end up paying $600 for glasses.

Even with scratch resistant lenses, glass of scratch so easily or get dirty all the time so the price of 119 is definitely worth it. They were easy to pick out and try on the glasses and they even emailed me to make sure they had everything correct

This company is a sham
This company is a sham. cheapest quality dollar store frames and the RX was way way off. I had to look straight ahead andhold my head in one position just to BARELY see.any eye movement whatesoever and its 100% blurry. Not a big change in my RXjust poorly made glasses.THEY DO NOT want to refund. I am having to take this up with the FTC,the BBB the attorney general in both VA and TX.

Everything was wonderful
Everything was wonderful. I really enjoyed the experience. But one pay of my glasses. There was the right description, but unfortunately I have to send them back. The purple ones because of the fact that the prescription is not right. It's throwing me off, but the quality is beautiful. And I like The Frames And I love the price, and I love how fast the order came.

Frames poor quality, 1st broke in 3 weeks, 2nd within one week.
I purchased 2 pair of glasses, progressive. Within 3 weeks the first pair’s frame broke in 2 places. I wrote CS and they sent replacement frames, which broke within a week of normal use. In the meanwhile, the second pair didn’t fit my face, too tight. They DID make a new pair for me, which was nice. After the second pair( frame ) broke I requested a refund of 1/2 the purchase price. They said no and offered $30, or I could return the broken pair to China paying $50. Not acceptable. I am use to working with Goggles4U which has stellar CS and a return place in the US. I sent photos of the 2 broken frames asking again for 1/2 purchase price. They reminded me of the cost and the fact they gave me a free pair( true) and gave me $45. The frames were super low quality. I did find a place local that put the lenses in new frames so that worked out well. All in all I am out $80. It was a long and frustrating experience. I will return to Goggle4u. Muukal, You are mistaken, I did NOT order in March, My order was placed on June 6th. The issues of the first glasses with the frame breaking happened within 3 weeks after arrival. You sent a replacement frame. It broke with 1 week of normal use. I did not need want or need another defective pair made as the frames were definitely flawed . All I was asking for was for a refund of half the original purchase price. Your last offer was only $45. I had to look for some new frames and luckily found them locally .They were able to fit the lenses you produced into the frames. They cost $109. From the date the order was placed , to the order received, first pair broken, second frames broken, many emails and only a partial refund after 2 plus months; not worth my time and frustration. Although I I am pleased with the frames and prescription, I had intended to order 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses. I was disappointed to see that only one pair was sunglasses. I tried to contact you 3 times, but to no avail. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses in all (2 for myself and 2 for my husband) and I’m hoping you can offer a solution to this issue. Thank you very much.
