I have an issue with the prescription
I have an issue with the prescription, the pd is incorrect and doesn't match my prescription. They started with a scare tactic stating that I would have to pay tariffs if I returned the glasses. Made refund offers for less than half of what I paid or only replacing 2 pairs of glasses. PayPal was absolutely no help. I gave muukal all of the info they requested, had my prescription and my glasses checked again by the optometrist. Provided that information to Muukal as well. Now they will only give me a full refund if I pay for shipping the faulty items back to China. I'm still losing out for their error. I have been purchasing glasses from them for at least 6 years. Not anymore when the consumer loses.
I had to return a pair of glasses
I had to return a pair of glasses. I was emailing back and forth with your company. I emailed asking how to order my replacement pair of glasses and never heard back for anyone. I just emailed to the glasses I would like to replace the bad pair.

Quick and easy thanks..
I purchased the buy 3 for $119
I purchased the buy 3 for $119. and even sent a copy of my RX. They don't appear to be "PROGRESSIVE". THE READING PART IS WAY AT THE BOTTOM, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO READ! The return policy - I see now, says you only get 50% back.... No way do I recommend!
I have found these to be great!
I have found these to be great!! Yes, a little lag getting these within 4weeks...they are making 3 glasses for you!! You can tell great detail is taken even in packaging!! Highly recommend especially for the price!!
Very pleased with my eyeglass purchase
Very pleased with my eyeglass purchase. They are reasonably priced and of great quality,
Excellent customer service
Excellent deal: 3 pairs for $119. I've been buying glasses online for 5 years now. I bought 4 pairs; two of them are super durable, and the other two are super lightweight. I think the only thing I'd add is that frames with rhinestones or cubic zirconia should have them placed inside the frame, as they're glued on externally and come off easily with the friction of the hair. The customer service was excellent; they were very helpful.
Great price!
Great price!! Arrived fast!! Good looking product and prescription was accurate!! I wish I knew some were medium size so side arms shorter.. but will work.. thanks

Great quality and good color
BOGO Failure
They have this cool option on the website where you buy one and get one free. I did this and received an email that I would need to pay more. I clipped out the my bill and showed them that I was paying for the higher priced item and there website calculated the free cost of the second pair. They said that it was too expensive.

Glasses fix perfect and they are beautiful. The price and quality are great. My order came sooner than I thought it would. Love it, great job. Will deal with Muukal again. Thanks, very much.
Best quality and experience
I have been ordering my vision needs from Muukal for at least 2 years after being disappointed with the quality of my Eyewear from the expensive stores. I have been in love with every pair I have ordered from here. I need progressive lenses and I can get them in tinted shades or any other combination here. I ordered the advanced progressive lens and blue light filter, tinted sunglasses and transition for my regular pair. They fit perfectly! The prices can't be beat I have bought 3 pair with top tier additions for 156 USD. I was charged 800 USD at the eye store.
prisms were not placed correctly
Wrong prescription in one (1) of the frames. The other two (2) had no prescro[ton in them. The two (2) were completely unusable. Would like to return all three (3) for a full refund.,
Love my new glasses
Love my new glasses. I have about 8 pairs and love them all.

In today's world you can't afford glasses at a brick and mortar store or with you medical insurance they quoted me all most 800. For one pair, I live your variety of frames and your prices are phenomenal! Plus they got here super quick. Please keep up the good work I have told every one I know about you.
