I received 3 pair prescription glasses 8 days after ordering which is phenomenal not to mention the affordability. I would recommend others to Muukal. This is my first time ordering glasses online and I am very pleased.

Affordable and Legit
I was skeptical....I never heard of this site, but happy I gave it a try. The glasses arrived earlier than expected. They're a great fit and colors turned out wonderful. The prescription for the lenses were not off. I will be telling family and friends

Poor Customer Service
Two of the three frames I recieved do not look anything like the pictures on Muukal.com. When I contacted them the first customer service response was timely; however, the wording was abrudt and lacking customer service. Instead she could have asked for clarification. When I sent a response to clarify my email, I haven't recieved a response in 48 hours this time. I sent a second email tonight, but not sure I would order from Muukal again, mind you this is my second order with them. The first time was great. Update: the one pair of glasses that had the appropriate looking frames, the prescription is messed up. Definitely never order from this company.
