I am so very happy with my new glasses. My one set of glasses have arms that dig into the bones behind my ears. What can be done by me about this?

You will not be disappointed EXCELLENT Quality eyewear!!
Initially I had went with a different company and I was absolutely disappointed. I had received the first pair of glasses of the Buy One Get One Free promotion. And this company I had a major problem with producing my second pair so I ended up sending the first pair back. I came across Muukal Optical and read the reviews, I had decided to try this company based soley on the reviews. I was lucky to receive a package deal of three pairs of glasses and made my choices. Muukal Optical I received my glasses today and I have to say these are the best quality glasses I have ever had. This is coming from a person who has been wearing glasses for over 50 years. Just wanted to show my appreciation for the top notch quality glasses I had received. The prescription was spot on and the fit of the glasses were amazing. If I had just received one pair that was very good and the other two not as good, I would have still been content at the price point at purchase. Muukal Optical you have a customer for life now and I will let others I know personally to order from you company. Thanks and keep doing what you doing!!

I ordered 3 glasses
I ordered 3 glasses. The two that are full frame I have no issues. The one with no frame has a prism affect and the bifocal is being affected by the prism. It give a dizzy affect.
So very pleased!
These glasses fit beautifully. They were beyond reasonably priced and the quality is exceptional. I highly recommend this company!

I bought 3 pairs for $119
I bought 3 pairs for $119. Paid the extra $20 for fast delivery and was impressed. Got them within 7 business days, perfect fit, right prescription. Usually I pay $500 to $600 for 1 pair of glasses. I am so pleased with them, I almost want to buy another 3! Will definitely make them my primary shopping site for glasses.

This was a very pleasant experience. I purchased a total of 9 glasses for me and 3 for my daughter that lives in another country. I couldn't be more please with the amazing customer service, the quality and variety of frames and price. Items came in less than 2 weeks well packed. We will alway buy our glasses from Muukal in the future.

There was a little mix up in delivery so they were going to remake my glasses again. The glasses showed up eventually and I reached out to them before they were remade. Great customer service and great quality glass frames.
Amazing experience!
Great experience. Ordered two pair of progressives . Arrived much sooner than expected and the prescription is excellent. I emailed them when I realized I had made a mistake when providing the prescription details. They reached out to me immediately and also followed up with a text message just to make sure they had the correct information. Last but not least the price was unbelievable on the but one get one free offer! With everything being so ridiculously expensive lately( thanks Trump) this was such a welcomed relief. I will return the favor by returning often with my business. Thanks so much!
