David from their support was awesome. Bought the program on Groupon and in 10 mins had the codes but had a hiccup installing. I emailed David and in 2 mins he diagnosed the issue and gave me detailed instructions on how to fix the issue. Up and running within 15 mins. Great service and can't beat the price!
Not only does the software work great, but the customer care is fantastic. If you have any questions or issues regarding set-up, there is a live person who takes care of you until everything works. I have never had such fast response from any customer service person before, and this guy is extremely knowledgeable. I was using the software without any issues for a couple of years and then my Mac upgraded my operating system and required me to sign in to Word and Excel. I had forgotten which email was associated with my Groupon account so I went through a lengthy process to get everything working again. David was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Everything now is working great and I really wanted to leave a review to indicate how trustworthy Mycodes24 is. A year or two ago I had recommended them to a friend of mine. He had some questions in the initial installation process and I suggested he contact David, which he did. There were no issues and everything installed perfectly but having the live support was reassuring. When I encountered my unexpected system upgrade problems, I told my friend that the guy from Mycodes was helping me. My friend say, "His name is David, right?" That just goes to show what a lasting impression was made. There are a lot of new and strange things going on in the digital age. This company, however, offers a solid product, great service, and fantastic problem solving when individual computer use is involved. This is a GREAT all around deal and I wanted to share.
Had a small glitch with the Windows 11 pro code, and after shooting a quick email, which was replied to in less than 30 minutes, my issue was resolved and the install went smoothly. This is my 3rd purchase with Mycodes24, and I’ll use them again for my next upgrade. The subscription model is ass and I’m glad there are companies like Mycodes24 finding ways to bring back software ownership. You guys are the best!
