I experienced registration issue with MS Office 2019

I experienced registration issue with MS Office 2019 about one month from downloading. Contacted the support group, and I got a response (from David) immediately. He helped me providing a product key and the issue was resolved in a short time. My concern was whether anybody would respond to my request submitted to support group. They response was immediate and was in contact with me until the issue was resolved.

activation issue ... my fault

Bought MS Office on Groupon..

Bought MS Office on Groupon... excellent price. Instructions didn't work tonload so wrote customers support - they responded immediately and solved the issue quickly and easily. Would highly recommend these guys for MS Office

I was having trouble with the Micro Soft Office and contacted Customer Service. David responded to me quickly with step-by-step instructions to get my Micro Soft Office up and running. I followed his instructions and was back to operational in no time! I am very grateful for the excellent service that he provided!

NO HELP NO REFUND

I guess I bought Microsoft through Groupon to redeem on mycodes24. except it did not download, I have been told they will NOT issue a refund. I went through all the steps of the YOU TUBE video sent and still NO MICROSOFT on my computer. They just like to send a lot of emails with the same steps. NO HELP, and WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO REFUNDS. This is a scam in my eyes and will never use again.

These folks (thank you David!) are the most prompt, direct and clear headed software customer support service I have ever received. I have struggled trying to get a lifetime (ie NOT ransom from MS on Word and Excel) issue of Office 2024. Finally found one on Groupon, but could not get it to run after installation. Every turn was a dead end. I wasn't expecting any positive results. These folks proved me wrong. they were very prompt, answered all my embarrassing question, and finally got the old software out and the 2024 in and did not do any damage to my files. I give them top marks! Tell 'em I sent ya!

Codes24 corrected an issue caused by Groupon

Unlike Groupon, who sent me the faulty software, Codes24 apparently corrected the issue

Unfortunately, I am not as computer literate as I used to be, so I am easily frustrated. I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription on line using Groupon at a great discount. I had to be patient and wait for several steps of the transaction to process. Once everything was in place I followed the instructions for installation, but the previous MS 365 persistently requested updates for reactivation. So I had to wait again. I was very surprised when I received an email from Mycodes24 Support Team following up with me to see how satisfied I was. I simply replied, I NEED HELP WITH THE INSTALLATION. David and I exchanged several emails as he instructed to check the status of the installation. Thankfully, he was able to guide me through each step and verified that the installation was completed correctly. David provided exceptional service which is extremely better service than I have received from HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Windows.

I have been struggling withou Excel and found the cost almost unbelievable. After downloading, they described step by step the process to activate the download. I experienced a problem and emailed their support team and within minutes I received a response and was they walked me through the fix! Excelllent price and excellent service, Definetly five star!

I was having issues activating my Microsoft word account. Within minutes I received several emails with detailed steps on how to solve the issue. Excellent customer service and very quick to respond and help. The activation code they sent me worked perfectly for me to use Microsoft word.
