My counselor provided very clear expectation of what sessions would be like. I felt safe in my her knowledge and expertise and trust that she would facilitate my awareness of what is most important among the numerous details that brought me to counseling. Very gentle leading-back to underlying emotions that have influenced outcomes that I didn't recognize.
Eva was always kind and respectful. She was willing to listen to me and adjust her techniques according to what I was comfortable with. Was over all a positive experience.

We first heard of MyCounselor.Online from the Juli Slattery Podcast and it was honestly a God-send. We prayed that we would be connected to someone that would align with us well. Greg is AMAZING. 10/10 recommend. His patience and compassion towards us is palpable through the screen. We have always felt heard with Greg both individually and together. He has guided us to complete the assignments togethere and helped us recognize patterns from our childhood and adolescence that has affected us as adults in our marriage. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My experience with Minji Chai was nothing but positive. I would readily recommend her and My Counselor for any Christian looking for life help. Minji is kind-hearted, but her experience and training give her robust psychological knowledge. I was very impressed by the safeness, compassion, and wisdom of her sessions.

The communication was really good. I never missed a session because I was always given ample reminders of upcoming appointments. Also the counselor was very knowledgeable, kind, and gracious. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. And I believe our sessions really did help get to the root of some issues. Armed with that knowledge I feel more confident about taking on life going forward.
HORRIBLE experience. The first session was RECORDED WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. That's illegal. We talked to a person about how we have different religious backgrounds & that was ignored. Then we found out that these guys are "counselors" and not registered therapists. And they come with a hefty membership fee. For what? Not listening and violating the law? That was a one and done. Super unprofessional and do NOT recommend.

Emily is wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can feel she is truly present with you, even though you're online. There is nothing too unlovable, boring, or uncomfortable in you that she will not embrace with compassion. She is fully invested in her clients and creates a space where they feel at ease and loved.
