Contact to Yannick and first video call was very easy. We discussed our ideas on the 2-weeks-Sabah trip and got inspired by his recommendations. After some days we got a nice itinerary (around Kinabalu Park, Kinabatangan/Sepilok, Snorkeling on an island) which was pre-checked for availability. So, I could easily book the suggested locations, flights etc. He quickly helped out when I had a question in spite of the huge time difference (Europe). All the proposed hotels, companies etc. were reliable and friendly and it typically exceeded our expectations. Everything went smoothly. Particularly, the snorkelling experience was very special for us.
We will certainly work with them in the future and we highly recommend their service.
I first called Yannick to help me plan our short family trip to Borneo (Kinabatangan) for Easter holidays and then I called him again for a 2-week road trip in Malaysia during Summer Holidays with my family. I had absolutely no idea how to start planning and Yannick helped me to arrange our tour from scratch to avoid ending up in the most touristic places while taking into considerations my expectations and requirements, it was a back and forth discussion and I really appreciated his availability and his valuable feedback and comments.
We have contacted the team for helping us organizing our holidays with friends visiting us in Malaysia.
