Second time I've used this site and both times had issues. I emailed wanting to cancel 5mins after placing the second order, 2 days later they reply saying it's too late. They give some lame excuse. Take your money with great ease but wouldn't refund. With 3 weeks for manufacture and delivery they have time to rectify the situation but choose not to. Do not use. Not if you want any peace of mind of any remotely decent customer service
Absolutely ridiculous. The company pass themselves off as UK based but then once you've placed your order it becomes clear it's a front as the items ship from China. I ordered socks and what arrived is laughable. Plastic tubes of shiny pink material with no definition to the "face". They offered me a 10% refund, then a 20% refund, then asked me to pay an additional $7.99 to send another pair. They are breaking UK consumer law by sending these items and not refunding orders - they are not socks, just cheap tat, with a high price tag
They are actually Soufeel jewellery and are not based in the UK. I ordered a blanket and socks at the start of December and haven’t received anything. I paid by PayPal so will be going through them to get the money back. If you talk to customer service you get an automated message Edit: it has now arrived and is the stuff of nightmares. I wanted a photo of my dog and they have made her look deranged!
DO NOT USE!!! Ordered goods and paid an extra £9 delivery to guarantee Xmas delivery as a present. Still not turned up and now seen all tracking info supplied is showing goods as coming from China? No mention of this on website and very sneakily makes you think uk based. Anyhow, more fool me for paying £25 in total for a pair of personalised boxer shorts......... even if they had turned up.
Avoid!!!!!! Fuming with myself that I never read the reviews before buying with these cowboys!! Ordered a xmas gift on the 5th of December (which I thought was from a uk company) not a Chinese company using a uk webpage, no tracking on my parcel since 17th of December, even though it says it arrived to its destination on the 15th, no response to my emails, shocking customer service, doesn’t look like I will be getting my goods at all, absolute scam!!!!!!!! No coincidence all the good reviews are from ppl invited to leave a review, joke!!!!
Ordered two aprons at beginning of December and then read poor reviews so was concerned. However, after contacting customer service to sort out tracking process, I was able to see it had been shipped and they arrived on 22 December, in time for christmas. Aprons are good quality, photo pictures very clear and I was very pleased with them.

Absolutely disgraceful I paid 23 quid on the 7th of december for 3 to 5 day shipping thinking it was a UK based business but no its chinese. It's now the 22nd of december I haven't heard a peep from them I tried to rectify my order and emailed them the house number I forgot to add to the address haven't heard anything. They're scammers. Dont bother. I really wanted this for my mothers xmas present looks like she isnt getting one this year. I received a tracking number but I'm unable to track because the email I used to purchase the item doesnt exist in their database so yes I've been scammed. I have started a dispute with paypal to get my money back. Seriously I even paid for VIP and tipped... you're scum. All I wanted was an apron with my dogs face on it for christ sake I just lose £23 to some chinese scam artists.
I’d rate this scamming company 0 stars if I could. My fiancé ordered a custom apron on the 7th, paid EXTRA for express delivery and it has yet to arrive (22/12). Angry we don’t have much money, really wanted to make someone’s year and cheer them up with this gift after a horrific year and myfacesocks “UK” have let us down. Disgusting company. They do not make it clear they’re shipping from Hong Kong. Reported to trading standards and PayPal for refund. AVOID at ALL COSTS! Just read the accounts on Twitter of this bogus company, their main account is even suspended, for scamming I presume. I’ve seen them attempt to offer people a 50% refund which is an utter joke. Tracking doesn’t even work, why even give a number when you ask for email address? Then the email address doesn’t even register. I’ll do all I can to stop these scammers.

Firstly I paid £26 for a pair of boxer shorts which had my face on them which also should of read something like this belongs to this face but after contacting them several times to ask where my parcel was as I'd paid extra for express delivery which was supposed to be 5/10 days it worked out one mouth and when they came it had my face but all blurry and no writing on them at all and they are nylon horrible cheap material. Which cost so much for a piece of rubbish. I orders a Tshirt with a saying on it as well and that was good and came on time. So I think these people use their party to make the items so some other company makes the item but myfacesockuk are the ones who are selling it to you. So please be Aware the items are from China and they don't come in time and the item is nothing like the picture. I'm so disappointed with the item that I recommend everyone to be careful when ordering from theses people
Very happy with the product, due to Christmas rush it did take a little longer to arrive then expected ( it arrived in time for Christmas ) but that is when their customer service was so good. I was informed that it was enroute and given tracking info. They responded quickly to my enquiries. I would order from them again.
It is a scam. They promised 3D preview, which you won't receive, you can't write reviews on their website, they are pretending to be UK based company, but confirmation of order came 7 days after order from China. It's been a month since ordering and the items still didn't arrive. Tracking the order says in shipment for 2 weeks already. I have to give it to them, but do not be fooled. I will post on quality if it will arrive.
Bought the Kodak key ring and was pretty sceptical but took the plunge as it’s £15.... MY MY MY got sent a tracking order and had strong communication with the brand. My order came within 14 days and just into for Christmas, keyring comes in a sweet box and is super cute and my pictures are AMAZING great quality so all in all 100% will use again
I ordered a pair of socks as a Christmas present, paid a lot for delivery costs as I needed the socks for a particular date. 3 weeks had passed so I emailed customer services as I was worried I would not get my order in time, they were unable to tell me where my order was. My order arrived late, outside the time window of delivery that I paid a lot of money for. I asked for my delivery charges to be refunded as the service I paid for was not fulfilled which was denied with no reason provided. Don’t buy from this company if you want the product anytime soon!!!
AVOID!! never received my item and after contacting numerous times they've said it was with a courier which it wasn't with and that if it ends up being returned to them I will be charged! Nightmare of a company
Be very careful with this company. Due to whatever processes are applied to the photo before printing, the end result may be unexpected, and not like the photo provided! I was aware that the photo I provided was taken indoors and I was willing to accept a printed result that matched the photo. But whatever they did to the photo, the printed result does not match the photo and certainly not fit as a Christmas present. A complete waste of money. My advice is not to buy from this company, but if you decide to do so, then make sure the photo you provide is absolutely perfect, otherwise the result will not be what you expect and the company will just blame you for providing an unsuitable photo.
Please do not order from this company!!!!!! Although I feel if you are here you already have They do not care for your custom. They are based in China and really just want your money, they are not at all interested in making you a returning customer I paid for my items and realised the 3 for 2 offer had not been applied by the company. When I messaged within seconds to cancel or rectify this they said they couldn’t change it and had already started order (within seconds of making order). I had already made a second order with them and was willing to accept original order had I been given the free pair of socks and free shipping £99.84 spent with this company and they squabbled over a free pair of socks?!? Please go with a company that has a good reputation, always look for the address and check reviews I have just heard of bagsoflove.co.uk who print in the UK and offer fast shipping, wish I’d come across this company sooner instead MyFaceSocks a website deceiving customers into thinking it’s UK based
