Myfmla was an excellent experience. I was able to set an appointment with the Dr and complete all intake paperwork online. I was able to upload my relevant records and the communication portal was easy to navigate with quick responses when I needed clarification. I uploaded my employer form and state disability # and everything was completed quickly. The whole process took about two and a half weeks and my 12 week leave was approved. Thank you it was such a relief to have a smooth non-stressful process!

Dr Aaron Sartin and team were wonderful! This is the first time that I had to take off time from work and the process was simple. I know Doc has a lot of responsibilities and other clients but I never felt like he didn't care about my concerns, and that matters. His Admin were also awesome with answering questions.
