Smooth experience overall. Team was knowledgeable, and the plans felt tailored with the changes they offered at no cost. Cheaper with great inclusions like structural and CAD included definitely makes there plans the most affordable by far that I've come across! Thank you!
The value here is hard to beat. You get full CAD files, engineering, and a comprehensive materials list, all clearly laid out. The pricing is fair, the plans are ready to build, and the process was quick and stress-free.
The process was straightforward and seamless. I was impressed by everyone's kindness and professionalism. I would absolutely use them again!
I was genuinely impressed by how much was included in the price—CAD files, structural engineering, detailed drafting, and a complete material list. Compared to other sites, it’s significantly more affordable, and knowing that each plan has already been built made the decision feel much more reassuring. Excellent designer and outstanding value overall.
The included benefit made a huge difference .Having the cad file structural engineering and fill material list saved time and extra costs while free editing rights and drafting hours gave us flexibility Being able to preview all sheets upfront made the process clear confident and stress free.
My Home Floor Plans made the process simple and stress-free. Everything from square footage to optional features was clearly laid out, and their team answered my layout question within minutes. I ended up with a beautiful plan that fits my lot and budget, with flawless communication throughout.
