They neglected to fix our A/C and think that having to live in a house that gets no cooler than 88 degrees in the middle of an Oklahoma summer isn't an issue. Our current lease was SOLD to them. Since then it's been 100% a SLUMLORD experience. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Paying $1750 and not even having A/C
I have been without air for 3 days now. Everything is AI they only give you scheduled appointments Monday through Friday from 8-4. On Friday the first appt is Tuesday. Seriously I’ll have no air for 5 days at that point. Im already on my 3rd. Day. Not to mention I have 2 dogs that they charge extra for that I have to keep in a room with the fan on high so they don’t overheat due to bronchiolar issues. I’m not able to contact anyone. It just says to call back during the next business day. It’s currently 87° in my home and it’s only 7am. I live in Florida and it’s August.. now I have to take a day off of work on Tuesday for someone to come between the hours of 1 to 4 PM. Praying they come because I cannot contact the company because they also have a machine that you can’t leave a message on. This company should do better. I’m gonna research who actually owns the home and let them know how this is being managed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our fridge. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working before he left. Really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend him. Thanks again!
