Scammers do not use them
Scammers do not use them, they look like a government website but they are not. all what they do they fill in the government form on your behalf and email it to you, they will be referencing the info that you already took time to fill in on their website, and for only this step they are charging $170. They do not do any further step like make the appointment on you behalf or submit the application. So you better save the money and time and you fill in the government form directly.

The post office clerk was quick in responding with a great attitude and had a quick turnaround! It made me smile! He sure made a great impression on me! I was actually feeling a little frustrated at the time right before he spoke to me. Excellent customer service! I will come again! Thank you for making a big difference at the moment! I was afraid that losing my passport meant I couldn’t travel. It is such a relief to know there are organized and structured ways to get passports in emergency situations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very clear communication and expectation.
