My passport was supposed to be direct processed by them. After almost three months and having charged my credit card, they did not do it. I had to go with something else to no lose my passport. I would not recommend this site for anyone trying to renew your passport!

This website is a fraud - I filled this out expecting my passport to be completed, but all it did was send me the form I can download from the governments website.

Scamming of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

I would give My Passport Center 0/5 stars if I could here on the Trustpilot review board. I attempted to renew my passport and Googled "U.S. Passport renewal" to find out what the appropriate process was. After searching online, I found "My Passport Center" which I now believe to be a fraudulent service. I filled out the required online form with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, SSN, DOB, Passport Number, Place of Birth, Country of Origin, Sex, Height, Hair Color, Eye Color, Occupation, and Employer. After paying the "renewal fee" of $125.90 (which is strangely close to the actual U.S. Department of State passport renewal fee of $130) it became apparent after a few weeks that their service is nothing more than data entry into a publicly available fillable PDF through the Travel page of the U.S. Department of State. As part of the fraudulent activity that I was looking to rectify with Maria at My Passport Center (via their support email), I attempted to request an additional $20 refund ($125.90 + $20.00) for the Certified mail service I believed I would need due to the importance of a government I.D. like a U.S. Passport. At that time, Maria informed me in writing that their company policy was not to refund or cancel any payment for any reason which to me is absurd to the point of extreme fraud. Not only was all of my Personally Identifiable Information collected and most likely reposited into a database but the website employee/owner refused to acknowledge wrongdoing. My credit card information is almost definitely compromised due to this fraudulent service as well.

Horrible never put my application in took my payment and for 2 months nd and no passport and need to be clear that you are a third party then you give contact that has nothing to do with your company

This is a scam. All this site does is give you the application filled out to mail yourself. I dont quite understand the point when the application is free and available online. This is a waste of money I wish I could get a refund it was a complete waste. After 2 mo of waiting I emailed only to discover all they did was email me the application I filled out online. Totally my fault for not catching it but if you are reading this THIS IS A SCAM

DO NOT USE. Everyone leaving 4/5s are bots. This company makes it seem like you are getting an actual passport and guess what, you are getting nothing AND giving them all your personal information. We don't have money to spare so this was a hit. I asked for my money back and emailed a bunch of times and absolutely no reply. SCAM and now I'm nervous they are selling my information.

SCAM!!! I paid you for your passport services and then got a notice back from the US dept of state as follows: Thank you for your recent passport application. To continue processing your request, please send: * A check or money order for $130.00. The website or service where you sent your payment is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State. To learn about registered courier companies, visit travelstategov/couriercompany or scan the QR code. I want my money back!!!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The website gave the impression of being an official passport service, which was misleading. I paid $169.80, expecting legitimate assistance. After payment, I was told I would receive confirmation within 48 hours, but I received no response to my emails for weeks. Because of this, I completed my daughter’s passport application myself through official channels and paid all government fees separately. Two months later,they responded and claimed the service was “completed,” even though it was never used and no timely support was provided. They refused to issue a refund and relied only on their policy, without taking responsibility for the delay or the confusion their website creates. I strongly recommend applying directly through the U.S. Department of State or authorized locations like the United States Postal Service to avoid unnecessary charges.

This place is a fraud!

This place is a fraud!! All they do is send you the paperwork for the fee!! It doesn’t cover the cost of the passport. I had them turned in for fraud!
