They are a scam! When I tried to call their customer support line the AI agent will not transfer me to a human because the AI agent does not understand how to find my account. The contact email is invalid. Messages sent there are undeliverable. Complete scam. Passport HUB will NOT process your passport application they merely fill out the fields, such as name and address. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY or you will lose your money just like I did.
