I submitted my photo. It came back as being ok. It was just cropped a little. It was rejected by the digital application. I immediately emailed MyPassportPhotos that it was rejected & what should be done. They didn't respond. I emailed them a 2nd time & they didn't respond. I tried calling their phone number several times & always got "this person has not set up their voicemail account. Call again later" I've filed a dispute with my credit card.
Sucked. Took my money and gave me no picture. Gave me no information on how to get a picture just more places to upload more pictures. Nowhere on the site to touch base with a real human. Suck suck sucked now I’m going to Walgreens. thanks a lot for nothing.
