After receiving my pets report, I found several issues that i already know he’s allergic to.. Some to include: chicken, beef, turkey, eggs - Your test stated those are safe for him to eat WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! He almost lost his life from eating these foods and what they did to his body. I paid the $80 for thus test with hopes I could get him on a better eating regimen, but after seeing the results, I truly DO NOT TRUST THIS TEST OR THE SUPPOSED RESULTS! After seeing some of the “supposed safe foods/no reaction” and knowing what I already know.. I stopped looking at it as I was extremely upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL! I pray no animals were harmed from the supposed results given.. Would love to know if anyone else had this experience as well!

As with all sensitivity testing, some items that may be associated with symptoms in your dog may not appear on the report due to the limitations of the testing methodology. Equally, a result showing no sensitivity to a particular item should not be interpreted as ruling out allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or other causes of symptoms. Incredibly easy to test. And the results came back so fast. While it doesn’t identify allergies as such, the results of the sensitivity testing have been essential in helping me to identify items that may have caused my girl to have recurring ear infections and itchy skin. At the recommendation of my vet, I had her on an exclusion diet and let’s just say she had a LOT of feelings about it and ended up refusing to eat. I am slowly adding in items from the “green” lists and so far so good. No nasty ears, no excessive itching, even her behaviour has improved. I can’t recommend this company enough. The staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful and sorted out my query on the spot 10/10

Very happy with the whole experience! This was soooo easy and convenient to do this testing for our puppy. She's had a lot of tummy issues since the day we brought her home - vet kept suggesting different foods -- we couldn't figure out the problem. This testing totally gave me the confidence to know it wasn't the five different puppy foods we tried, so we kept searching: she had giardia!!! Poor little pup.
