Online appointments are easy to schedule and the medication shipping is fast and reliable. The only thing I would change is the refill process. I would like it to be eaiser to ask for a quick consult if and when needed and the option to upload a picture of the current medication and dosage rather than having to type it all out. Overall, a great experience.
