Great service, but one small mistake costs you 30 days
“Friendly, helpful customer service, but the application process itself is unforgiving. One wrong answer, a typo, or a missed document upload and the system auto-denies you—then it’s a 30-day wait to reapply. Reps can’t fix or update anything on your application once it’s submitted, so a small mistake costs you a month. They should allow corrections instead of an automatic denial.”
