WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
I was a bit apprehensive when I called…like a lot of people taking this step. But from the moment I started talking with Rick, I felt instantly comfortable. Like talking to an old friend. So thorough and knowledgeable, showing so much empathy for my situation. He put my mind at ease about the process…always reminding me about how positive my situation would become in a relatively short period of time. He made the whole process so easy and seamless. My very high stress level lowered very quickly. No pressure from Rick at any time. Only positive reassurance. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier. So glad I called…and was lucky to talk to someone like Rick…he’s a treasure. I wish everyone I dealt with was so nice. Please call me if you need additional information.

Lisa B was very pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable and well spoken. Definitely a hard-to-come-by set of attributes these days for phone based customer service and the only reason I stayed on the phone at all. This was a very uncomfortable thing and she did a fantastic job alleviating that.
