WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
I was a bit apprehensive when I called…like a lot of people taking this step. But from the moment I started talking with Rick, I felt instantly comfortable. Like talking to an old friend. So thorough and knowledgeable, showing so much empathy for my situation. He put my mind at ease about the process…always reminding me about how positive my situation would become in a relatively short period of time. He made the whole process so easy and seamless. My very high stress level lowered very quickly. No pressure from Rick at any time. Only positive reassurance. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier.
