We were so pleased with the service…
We were so pleased with the service from Simple Lab. We were looking for an unbiased opinion on the quality of our water. Consumers Report mentioned them as one of the trusted labs. We followed their recommendations on which tests to purchase. Alton went above and beyond in taking so much time with us during the entire process, including the results and possible remediation. Multiple phone calls. He was so patient and kind and extremely knowledgable!!! Can't say enough about how we appreciate him and his company!
