Frustrating experience…
I had a really frustrating experience with thre preorder. (Many other do as well, comments on youtube)The product was supposed to ship right after the preorder ended, but in reality it took much longer than expected, and the updates were vague and kept changing. I was buying it as a gift, so the delay already made the whole thing disappointing. When I asked to cancel, that wasn’t handled clearly either. Instead, I was told to accept the delivery first and sort out the return later. What made it even worse was the suggestion that I should forward the grinder to another customer instead of just dealing with a normal return. That felt very unusual and honestly pretty inappropriate. It would have meant I had to pay to ship it again, wait for a refund only after the next customer received it, and take on a lot of responsibility and risk that should not be on the customer side. Overall, the communication felt messy and not professional. Something to keep in mind before ordering from this brand.
