Brandon was extremely helpful during my entire refinancing process. Communication was great and he really worked around my chaotic work schedule. When giving me different offers, he was patient and explained everything in depth and even managed to help me get a deposit waived.
I am very disappointed When I got my truck it was at $21,000 and when NALN started constantly calling me and sending me letters to refinance with them I only owed at least 15 thousand to finish paying off my truck with Santander and when I switched to NALN I now owe 19 thousand for my truck. The agent who did my loan offer quite her job the very next day I got that information from another agent that called me from NALN I feel like I was pressured into refinancing with NALN and it’s not fair I asked to have all these fees removed but instead I got told we will have customer service get in contact with me and they still haven’t called. It’s not fair I shouldn’t have to pay an extra three thousand dollars for my truck now I’m stuck in this loop with NALN.

My financial advisor Armand was quick and attentive. He said was able to get me approved within 24 hrs for a new refinanced auto loan! National Auto loan went even far as to get my rate reduced twice and my APR dropped more than half! Liked the ease and simplicity of process. However, the agents were very attentive and somewhat pushy in the pre-approve and loan app processes and after loan processed communications ceased. I did not like: that I was not told about the $499 fee, and that there were upsell products attached to loan app, and the indifference to incorrect info on loan application. I don't like that the next steps were not provided and I have to inquire with you about the payout.
