I recently worked with Kimberly Ryan to refinance my auto loan, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, clearly explained my options, and made sure I understood all the terms before moving forward. She was patient with my questions, responsive throughout, and genuinely worked to get me a better deal on my loan.
I also want to thank Alan Morales for briefing me on the payment details of the loan — he made sure everything was clear and accurate before I signed off.
Susanna and Jacob were very helpful they kept in contact with me throughout the process. But I would have to say there was a little hiccup. Um, the bank lone officer, the communication wasn't there. Sadly to say, it took some time and finally got resolved but otherwise, it was a great experience. There needs to be better communications with the loan officer and customer.
That the process was extremely quick, not complicated, and the most efficient way to refinance your auto loan.
If I am being honest, Brandon Fernandez at National Auto Loan Network made my whole experience. He was able to take my information write before leaving for a vacation and get the whole processed finalized before I returned. The entire process was just as quick and easy as NALN advertised. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience with National Auto Loan Network. And again, Brandon Fernandez rules! If anyone were undecided, I would say give NALN a try and ask for Brandon, you will not regret it.

I’m not sure how you found me, but I got a letter, set it aside, I than I got a text and said I yes. Went through a few loopholes but within a few days I got approved and my interest % went down significantly. Experience was great. Everyone I talked to was very nice and seriously wanted to help. Very impressed

Michael Ramirez was fantastic. Explained all the terms up front. The cost and also the benefits of the new loan that they found.
