Hello Ginny. We're sorry that you haven't received your order yet. Your order shipped on time from our facility on 10/7/25, and with USPS Priority shipping, you should have received it by Friday the 10th. Unfortunately we have no control over the US Postal Service and when they deliver their packages. Although USPS dropped the ball on this one, your order qualifies for a complimentary replacement. Someone from our customer service team will attempt to contact you about this. Please consider updating your review to reflect the service you received from us, instead of the service from USPS.
