Troy with Nametagcountry along with their quality craftsmanship has helped make a great experience and gift for a friend that has helped me. At times people surprise you with kindness and help you when you need a jump start or a car dropped off. For this reason, I ordered a gift for a friend. I am elated with the gift and helpfulness. Stellar customer service
I am new to ordering with the shop. Had some specific needs and Jenny was terrific. We had to change materials completely and group the order for shipping. She helped me through the entire process. I will be using you your services again and will 100% recommend to anybody needing engraved signs.
Meh- No "badge appearence" art.. its OK.
I dont think the person adjusting, creating these name tags applies much thought. people names are diffferent sizes, why if a name s smaller use the same font size as all? seems no one tale any artistic license when applying information to the plates. I ahd to ask to make the logo bigger on the badge when the proof looked stupid. I did not think I would have to make the next adjsutment... I guess it is okay.. its a name badge, but would have liked a little more common sense. this is not rocket science. meh- they okay.

Hello, We don't adjust the font size of each name based on the length of the name. We have found that most customers want a consistent size font for all names, regardless of the name length. Also, the purpose of the proofing process is to ensure that you receive exactly the design you want. We will work with your design until it meets your expectations. A name tag design is subjective, that's why we have a proofing process.
