I have been scammed
I placed an order. Recieved the confirmation emails that Napoleon both got my order request and payment. After a few days, I enquired about my order's tracking number. They could not give me one despite asking several times. After more than 3 weeks have passed I asked for a refund. It has now been more than a month since I have placed and paid for my order, I still dont have my order or refund and the person managing the customer care line has blocked me on their customer care platforms.
