Haven’t received my order that was worth over 500 US dollars. They’ve been good at contacting FedEx and myself to make sure i got It. But they tell me to contact the carrier and i get No where
The FedEx delivered the parcel to the front door at the correct address on 18th May. However the courier did not call the receiver to confirm the delivery. Although they provide the picturer of the delivery, the consigness did not get the parcel because of there is no person at home to help her to pick it up. We suspect that the parcel was stolen by someone, because the consignee also find suspicious person around her house without permission. We sympathize and apologize for what happened to you and hope the plice can find your parcel soon. If not we would like to provide some free product to compensate your lost. Regards!
