First of all, we never sell the fake products. We have the authorization letter of Dr.Pen manufacturer and US registered trade mark.There is an anti-counterfeiting mark on the box to certify the Dr.Pen is original. We showed all these evidence to this client and we have convensation record. Secondly, microneedling device is a very professional device, only the professionals like beauty salon owner and clinic doctors knows how to use this device correctly. We usually do not recommond individuals buy and use this device at home, because the improper operation may cause searious skin damage. This buyer definitely do not know how to use the device. This client insist the needle can not move up and down and only vibrated. If there is no needle came out, then how can this pen leave faint lines on the face? It is really ridiculous. Thirdly, we sent the full refund to the client, we have PayPal record to show as evidence. Once received refund, this client refused to send the product back. We have to suspect that this is an act of malicious extortion, deliberately saying that the product has quality problems and ask for refund. Such lying is shameful and awkward!
