Steven Han was excellent to deal with and made the entire process as easy as possible. Any questions I had were answered quickly and Steven worked his phone calls and emails around my schedule which was greatly appreciated. Approval happened quickly and funding was available the next day. Will be doing more business with him in the future.

I was completely mislead when accepting this loan. I was told that if this loan was paid early that the remaining interest was forgiven. That is not the case. 100% of the interest is due regardless of time period of repayment. Furthermore, they are impossible o get in touch with. The only time I have heard from them was when I had to close the account payments were being drafted from due to fraud. There is no client relationship maintained at all. Lastly, god forbid you need any information on your account. There is no client portal, they do not return emails, and do not answer the phone.
We make it a top priority to be transparent about the rate and term of each individual financing product to every customer prior to finalizing. Terms were disclosed to you prior to your signing your loan agreement. We’re sorry to hear that the solution we provided was not to your satisfaction. In reviewing your account, it does look like one of our renewal representatives has reached out to you several times over the last few months to manage the continued relationship we hope to have with you. We do not currently have a portal at this time, but our customer service team is happy to help with any request you may have.
Very easy to work with, professional, timely. The only issue was I needed more working capital than they could approve, but the offer was still reasonable.

May Concern, National funding I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the handling of my loan account. The original agreed-upon terms for the $6,K loan have now changed without proper explanation, and despite multiple attempts, your company has refused to provide clear payoff information. I have contacted your organization numerous times, yet reaching a representative is extremely difficult. Calls are not returned, and the lack of transparency makes it appear as though the company is intentionally creating frustration to prevent customers from paying off their loans. This raises serious concerns about your business practices and the excessive interest charges customers may be subjected to. I am requesting the following immediately: 1. A written copy of the original loan terms. 2. A detailed payoff amount, including a full breakdown of principal, interest, and any fees. 3. Written confirmation of my right to pay off the loan without obstruction. If I do not receive this information promptly, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
