I purchased a pack of microfibre cloths. After a number of weeks, I received a tracking number, which has turned out to be totally fictitious. I have emailed the support email address on their web page numerous times and never gotten a response. If the system allowed me to rate Zero stars, thats what I'd do. Avoid Avoid Avoid
