It is very difficult to find a company that is reliable and sticks to the agreement. I have no complaints. The service was very fast and efficient. The price was exactly what was agreed upon. My first time having my car shipped across country and it was such a good experience. There was some communication issues at first but once that was settled everything went smoothly. Arrived earlier than expected as well! From Chicago to California! Trust them. Delivery service was great and the cost was worth it.
While the folks who picked up, drove and dropped off my vehicle were fine, Navi Transport was HORRIBLE!!!! They charged me 25% over the original estimate. This can’t be standard industry protocol!
Found Navi online. Getting a quote was easy and fair. After agreeing to the quote, I was getting continuous calls from their AI which became rather annoying. I managed to get them to remove my name and number from their customer service team. I made contact with the driver and while he was delayed in picking up my car he delivered it sooner than I expected. He was courteous from pick-up through delivery. I didn’t receive status updates as expected but that was fine. I would use Navi again and have already schedule my second car for later this year.
I wish I can tap 0 stars they are terrible and they don’t communicate and they lie to take your money. Please save yall time and go else where .
DO NOT USE NAVI!!!!! They did not get a carrier for my car for over FIVE days after I said my car was ready to be picked up! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! I got hung up on MULTIPLE TIMES when I called after being placed on hold for a long time. Completely unhelpful and not sympathetic to the urgency of my situation. They claimed the AI service tried to call me but I got not call and no record of my call. The one time they did find me a carrier, it was $500 (over 30%) higher than I was quoted. Absolutely unbelievable.
The overall experience was ok. Vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. I don't care for the bait and switch pricing model used. If you quote a price then stand by it, rather than calling back and asking for $900 more than quoted.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with. You are better off handling shipping on our own. They do not take any responsibility , give you no communication, and don't help you in any way they can. I had them ship two vehicles for me and still haven't received one of them. Didn't even notify me that one arrived at the location, had to track it down and figure it out myself. With the second vehicle they did not notify of me the paper work that was required to ship the vehicle even though I asked and requested it a month of head of the pick up date and the only response I got was "don't worry about it". Fast forward Pasha did not accept the vehicle and the Navi broker who was coordinating the delivery and told me that Pasha won't accept my car at all anymore based on their conversation and isn't able to give me a reason why. Now they won't reimburse for the car not being delivered to me and is in fact charging me again for taking the vehicle back to the pick up location. Which still hasn't happened and its been almost a week and half now since this incident. I have left multiple messages, voicemails, emails, and every time someone did pick up the phone they said they would call me back and they never do. Still waiting for a response and my other car. Ron if you see this review please give me a call so we can figure out what is going. Again - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They will just steal your money and leave you out to dry.
Although our vehicle arrived safely from CO to MD; - the price increased from the initial estimate - the vehicle arrived 2 days later than the contract stated - it was not door-to-door (we were asked to meet at a school several miles away from our home) - the communication was non-existent. I received no updates about changes in delivery dates / delays. I had to reach out on several occasions because calls weren’t returned. - it took patience to get through the automated attendants , AI bots to speak to a human In the end, it was fine but I was worried our vehicle had been stolen because it wasn’t delivered and calls weren’t returned.
My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. They told me my vehicle would be picked up, but after waiting four days, it never happened. During those four days, I had to constantly call for updates because no one proactively communicated with me. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, multiple representatives were rude, dismissive, and tried to blame me for the delay. There was no accountability and no real effort to resolve the problem. Because Navi failed to do what they promised, my vehicle delivery was delayed and I was forced to scramble to find another transport company at the last minute. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a reliable auto transport company that communicates honestly and follows through on its commitments, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Do not trust Navi Auto. Here is a summary of my terrible experience: Paid for nothing: They charged extra for online tracking updates that I never received. Delivered to the wrong address: I updated my delivery address in their system (which showed correctly on my portal). They still delivered it to the old address, costing me an extra $60 Uber ride to go get my own car. Corporate refused to apologize or reimburse me. Bait-and-switch fees: Booking agents told me personal items were allowed if windows weren't blocked. The driver then extorted me for an extra $150 on site. Customer service refused to intervene. Zero accountability. Never using them again.
Just so that you guys are certain that I actually did use this company’s shit service, here’s my transaction ID: 81661340120. I paid $1,100 to have my van transported from GA to MD. At first, they were extremely communicative, told me that my price was fixed and wouldn’t change. They gave me a pick up window between monday and wednesday (today). it’s now noon and I can’t get a hold of anyone. When I call, they leave my call on hold for an hour and if they do answer they hang up on me mid sentence. Do not use this carrier, this company is a steaming hot pile of shit. They also after saying several times that this is the price we shook on, later tried to raise the price. I hope to never have to ship a car again because the people involved in this business are all gutterballs.
Original quote for a 145 mile shipping of car was $368 and I booked at that rate. Then I get a text that booking is confirmed at a rate of $388. Thereafter, I get an AI call confirming a shipper is available at a rate of $678. When I objected the AI caller said they could reduce that rate $50. I told them no. This smells like a bait and switch deal to me.
I paid extra for a guaranteed 24 hour pickup window because I’m moving and needed access to the car until leaving. Well that has now come and gone and they have totally screwed me over. I have had to trust a friend to hold onto the cars indefinitely because Navi can’t seem to line up any carriers other than one in 3 days and for more than the quoted price. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE 24 HOUR GUARANTEE IF YOU DONT LINE IT UP IN ADVANCE!
I arranged for door to door service. First shipper gave me 2 hour notice he was picking up vehicle at 11:20pm. As I was asleep and missed the message he canceled. Second shipper asked me to meet at a parking lot a mile away at 11:30pm. I insisted on vehicle being picked up at my home as arranged and was berated by the driver. Additionally he expected my daughter to meet him for delivery at a parking lot alone at 11pm. Overall a very frustrating experience with navi using Express Caravan LLC shipper!
⭐ 1/5 Stars | Absolute Nightmare – Fraudulent Pricing & Severe Safety Violations Do not trust Navi Auto Transport. They engage in blatant predatory business practices and operational failures that put customers at physical risk. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: I was given a binding contract quote of $1,160.00. Once they had my vehicle, they fraudulently inflated the final invoice to $1,519.00 without any prior authorization or legitimate justification. It is a textbook scam. Gross Incompetence: Navi assigned the route to "ZIO LOGISTIC LLC." Shockingly, the "professional" hauler they sent could not even operate a manual transmission. At pickup, the seller was forced to personally drive and load the vehicle onto the trailer because the driver couldn't do it. Extreme Delivery Delays: My contracted drop-off date was June 21st. I was jerked around with constantly changing times (Friday, Saturday at 1:00 PM, Saturday at 3:00 PM). After telling them Saturday wouldn't work, we set Sunday at 10:00 AM. The driver finally showed up completely late at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Physical Endangerment: It gets worse. Upon arrival, the delivery driver again could not drive a manual transmission to unload my car. I am currently recovering from major spine surgery and have compromised balance, yet I was forced to climb onto their transport trailer and drive the vehicle down the hazardous ramps myself because the driver was utterly incompetent. This company is an absolute disgrace. I am formally reporting them and their carrier to the Department of Transportation / Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the BBB, and state regulatory authorities. Stay far, far away from Navi Auto Transport.

Quote was 1019.00 three weeks before transport. As time got closer I was told on several calls that everything was on the original plan. Days before the pick up date I was told that the pickup date has been pushed back a few days. That date brought me into a weekend which I was told would be more money. Reason for that push back was that their truck broke down and they had to find a new carrier. Price increased to 1400.00 for weekend pickup and the new carrier was an enclosed trailer so the price jumped to 1600.00, 200.00 for enclosed trailer even though the car was picked up on Friday [not a weekend] Total cost 1600.00 on a 1019.00 quote.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once you pay them they refuse to help you in any way. No one has an answer on where your vehicle is or when you will receive it. They do not call you back and do not respond to emails. Save yourselves the headache and book somewhere else. The money you save using them versus a carrier is small compared to what you will spend in rental fees when you don’t have a vehicle for over a week and no answers on when you will have it. Every day they will tell you it’ll be there tomorrow. 9 days later tomorrow hadn’t come!
