Attending the NCI‑1 course was the most transformative training experience I’ve ever had.
From the very first minute, it was clear that this was no ordinary course. NCI‑1 has permanently changed the way I see myself, every other person and every single communication. I now walk into conversations with a level of awareness and clarity I simply didn’t have, and could never have dreamed of before. So looking forward to the rest of the journey.
This course made a drastic impact on my perspective. I can see not only others better, but also myself. The material is easy to follow and everyone I have communicated with at NCI have been wonderful.
The experience is welcoming and alluring with things I've never heard of. Helpful to not only my well being, but the feeling to regain control of my vehicle almost feels liberating yet scary.

I had an exceptional experience with NCI University, specifically through the NCI Kit 1 course. The program was insightful, practical, and immediately applicable. I gained a much deeper understanding of how to observe subtle verbal and nonverbal cues, recognize underlying needs, and identify the decision pillars and values that drive behavior.
What stood out most was how effectively the NCI Kit 1 coursework connected human behavior to real world communication. The training sharpened my ability to listen more intentionally, ask better questions, and adapt my communication style in any situation, professionally and personally.
NCI University delivers content that is both intellectually engaging and highly actionable. This experience has meaningfully elevated how I connect with others and communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence. I would strongly recommend NCI University, and the NCI Kit 1 course in particular, to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of human behavior and improve their communication effectiveness.
The material presented here is important and insightful. It is not the type of material you can just watch and understand though, it takes practice, like a musical instrument.
This is not addressed adequately in the NCI1 course and is left up to the user without enough structure to understand how to practice or what to practice. You cannot learn to play the piano without a regular practice schedule.
So that part is left up to you to take out into the world and figure it out yourself.
Even though that's the case, I highly recommend this program.
NCI’s coaching has completely changed the way I approach both work and personal interactions. I would wholeheartedly recommend NCI to everyone who needs to work and communicate with people. Learning NCI materials is a unique and eye-opening experience. I know a whole lot of psychological, behavioral and body-language ideas, but Chase Hughes is adding so much new insights and perspectives. It is not possible to gain this knowledge and practical tips and improve your interpersonal skills anywhere else in the world.
Communicating with people from NCI is also a great experience - every single time they were very helpful with my specific problems.
I have been studying influence for a few years and NCI has become a wonderful booster to my studies. I see extra levels that I have not considered and I wish to pursue my studies and reach a mastery in Human behavior.

All I wanted to do when I started was learn to deal with narcissists. Then I was put in the situation of a business partner flaking on go to market, and I had to learn sales. I have been able to use the NCI university resources for a few months now. I purchases NCI 1, 2 and 3 and have found them to be extremely helpful for my work as a process and AI consultant. Transformational with respect to my authority, confidence and discipline. This type of content is not for everybody - to borrow Chase's words "not everybody is ready to hear this, and that's ok", but for the folks who are looking to grow in the way NCI offers, it's better than anything else I've tried by far. Mileage, of course, varies depending on what you do with the content. For me, it's a do-or-die time and I'm hungry for human stuff that works. A lot of folks in the community develop and practice (myself included), and some practice together.NCIU does a good job of keeping trolls out, which is a big plus. The production value of the content is OK, if you're really picky about that it might bug you. They are definitely improving it over time, which is great. Their team seems great. The main reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is some of the content is a little hard to follow, I do appreciate that this is tricky human stuff. They teach that perfection gets in the way of the important work, and I respect working lean and iteratively. I'm confident that they'll continue improving their operations (they recently revamped NCI 3 curriculum), presentation and so forth based on what i've seen.
Neuroscience: Wisdom offered with sincere composure, for today and whatever strange future is coming. Chase hands us practical tools, zero fluff, zooms the perspective on many topics, always with deeply humanitarian view. Lift yourself and others with real tools, real connections. Join a Friday Night Live. It’s safe. It’s real. A chat might be about context activated personas, or the frames you create that limit or boost your confidence and decisions, the mystery of the pineal gland, the language of grief, frequency locks/unlocks. The FNL topics are wide and surprising. You will learn how your nervous system makes decisions, how we are neurotransmitter addicts or wise administrators of future self, what are primary needs, how to detect openness or deception through behavior table of elements! It’s serious but often fun. Some truths might be a gut punch, but the awakening kind.
A big thanks to Chase, and all the NCI team. This lessons are really a way to change our perception of life. And step by step, we are going to a journey for reading behind the mask of other, but the big step is when we understand we are learning to read ourselves in a way i didn't expect. Gamechanging !

I feel like I've been given a new pair of prescription glasses to see the world. It has been transformative. People that used to make me angry, now I feel like I can understand them better and not let it bother me. I am absolutely amazed at how well NCI organizes the concepts!
I spent $252 for a course that's roughly an hour and twenty minutes long. It's a surface level overview that might not be exactly available in form on YouTube, but is definitely available in substance. Was expecting a lot more from an offer that claimed I was getting $1400 of content for a special price of $252. It isn't worth the $252.
For how good the YouTube videos are, the actual paid university feels like a scam. It seems like the type of thing where you buy a course that doesn't deliver value. Then they ask you to pay even more promising that the next bigger payment is going to give you the education you really want. Reminds me of stories I've heard from people who got into Scientology and spent all their savings on courses.
